If you have never done an Infrared Sauna session at Cryology, please call before you make your appointment! An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses infrared energy to create heat. Infrared energy directly heats the body instead of heating the air around it, causing a rise in core temperature which results in a deep, detoxifying sweat. Infrared heat penetrates tissue, joints, and muscles to relieve anything from minor aches and pains to chronic pain conditions. It increases circulation and can even help to lower blood pressure. The session can also help to burn up to 600 calories, all while you relax in a private area. Our sauna is small but it can seat two clients, so you can also share the experience with a friend at no extra charge! We suggest bringing 2 towels and a nice cold water bottle!
